AN ORDINANCE .OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 6,.CHAPTER 6.32 -OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING .THERETO SECTION
6.32.120 RELATING'TO DEMONSTRATION EQUIPMENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title.'6, Chapter 6.32 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby., amended by adding thereto
Section 6.32.120 to read as follows:
116.32.120. DEMONSTRATION EQUIPMENT PROHIBITED.
(a) No person shall carry or possess while
Participating in any demonstration, rally,
picket line or public assembly, any length
of lumber, wood, or wood lath unless that
object is one-fourth inch or less in
thickness -and two inches or less -in width,
or if not generally rectangular in shape,.
such object shall not exceed one-half inch
in its thickest dimension.
(b) No person shall carry or possess while.
participating in any demonstration, rally,
picket line or public assembly, any metal
standards or poles, or any standards or
poles with sharpened, pointed or jagged
surfaces."
SECTION 2..
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage .of this
ordinance and shall cause the sameto.be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a.newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
