AN :ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 7.28 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODEBY AMENDING SECTION 7.28.030
THEREOF RELATING TO LOITERING.
.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.'OF ANAHEIM.DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION, 1..
That :Title '7, Chapter- 7.28,. Section 7:28.030,. of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be., and the same 1s hereby, amended to
read, as follows: -
"7.28.030 . HOTEL AND MOTEL: - LOITERING.
No person shall enter upon the'
premises -of or remain in any public room of a hotel
or motel after -being notified by the owner, manager
or other -person in' charge thereof - to. leave 'or remove
himself therefrom."
SECTION 2..
The City Clerk. shall certify .to the 'passage .of this
ordinance and .shall causethe sameto be printed once within
fifteen .(15) days after its adoption -in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of-gerier.al circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage,' it shall take'effect and be1n full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City. of Anaheim this. . . :13th ' day of
