ORDINANCE NO. 3964
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEAL-
ING SUBSECTION .020 OF TITLE 14, CHAPTER
14.32; SECTION 14.32.272 AND ADDING NEW
SUBSECTIONS .1040 AND .1050 TO TITLE 14,
CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.190 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING
RESTRICTIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Subsection .020 of Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section
14.32..272 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.
SECTION 2.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by add-
ing thereto Subsections .1040 .and .1050 to read as follows:
1114.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME - STREETS
DESIGNATED.
.1040 Cerritos Avenue, on the north side,
from 960 feet east of Lewis Street to
250 feet west of Lewis Street and from
Euclid Street to the west property
line of the Loara High School; on the
south side, from 860 feet east of Lewis
.Stree.t to 250 feet west of Lewis Street
and from Euclid Street to 1000 feet
west of Euclid Street.
.105-0. Hancock Street, on the west side, from
600 feet north of La Palma Avenue to
La Palma Avenue."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulations printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6 y of ' February ,
1979.
