AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC78-219 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones ere na ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions -precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
The Easterly 95.00 feet of the southerly 330.00
feet of the northerly 396.00 feet of that portion
of the northwest quarter of section 13, Township
4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, as per map recorded in book 51 page 11 of
Miscellaneous T4aps, records of said county, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said
section, North 890 411 15" East 1162.30 feet from
the northwest corner thereof; thence South 00 101
55" East 1338.22 feet to a point on the south line
of the north half of the northwest quarter of said
section, North 890 371 3011 East 1162.58 feet from
the intersection of said line with the west line of
said section; thence South 89° 371 30" West 184.58
feet along said south line; thence north 00 101 15"
West 1338.45 feet parallel with the west line of
said section to the North line thereof; thence Borth
890 411 1511 East 184.30 feet to the point of begin-
ning.
EXCEPT the westerly 3.00 feet of the southerly
230.00 feet thereof,

now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "CL" COMHERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate fee as determined by the City for
street lighting purposes along Lincoln Avenue.
2. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate fee as determined by the City for
tree planting purposes along Lincoln Avenue.
3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of
Public Works.
4. That an adequate on-site turning area shall be construc-
ted to provide adeauate and safe vehicular turning space, and that
the precise design shall be subject to the review and approval of
the City Traffic Engineer.
5. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above-mentioned, shall be
complied with prior to the commencement of the activity authorized
under this resolution, or prior to the time that the building per-
mit is issued, or within a period of one year from date hereof,
whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Planning Com-
mission may grant.
6. That Condition Nos. 3 and 4, above-mentioned, shall be
complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
'SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
