AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC78-55 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Beginning at an angle point in the existing City
limit line of the City of Anaheim, as established
by the Santa Ana Canyon No. 4 Annexation to the
City, said angle point being the southwesterly cor-
ner of Lot 26 in Tract No. 117, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 11, page 15, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County; thence N 00 58' 18" E,
268.81 feet following along a portion of said exist-
ing City limit line being a portion of the westerly
line of Lot 26 in said Tract No. 117 to an intersec-
tion with the southerly line of the land described in
the deed to the State of California recorded June 16,
1969 in Book 8990, page 311, Official Records, as
shown on State Right of Way Map No. F-1840 on file in
the office of the County Surveyor of said County as
File No. 9053; thence leaving said last mentioned
annexation boundary line and following along the land
of the State of California, as shown on said map filed

in the office of the County Surveyor as File No. 9053,
the following courses and distances: N 600 38' 0011 E,
387.17 feet; N 890 011 1.4211 W, 37.45 feet; N 00 451 02f1
W, 3.51 feet; N 60° 381 001f E, 47.32 feet; S 290 221
0011 E, 22.00 feet; N 600 381 0011 E, 393.22 feet; N 760
211 0111 E, 207.63 feet to an intersection with the
northerly right of way line of Santa Ana Canyon Road,
said point of intersection being a point in a curve
concave southeasterly and having a radius of 39090
feet, a radial line bearing; N 420 53' 25" W passes
through said point; thence Southwesterly along said
northerly right of way line of Santa Ana Canyon Road.
along said curve through a central angle of 100 221,
more or less, an arc distance of 558 feet, more or
less, thence S 360 441 42f1 W, 97.41 feet, more or less,
to an intersection with the southerly line of Lot 26
in the aforementioned Tract No. 117. said point of in-
tersection being a point in the existing City limit
line of the City of Anaheim, as established by the
aforementioned Santa Ana Canyon No. 4 Annexation;
thence following along a portion of the -last mentioned
annexation boundary line being the southerly line of
Lot 26 in said Tract No. 117, the following courses
and distances: S 680 371 3011 W, 365.23 feet; S 610
131 30" W, 65.82 feet; S 540 071 3011 W, 87.64 feet to
the point of beginning,
now is COU14TY OF ORANGE A-1 (General Agricultural) ZONE and that
it be changed to and incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIM "RS -A-432000"
RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, subject to the following condition:
That these reclassification proceedings are granted
subject to completion of annexation of subject property to the
City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2.
The City 'Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City 'Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
