AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ArEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 3933, NUNC PRO TUNC.
V.rfiEREAS, on the 7th day of November, 1978, the City
Council adopted Ordinance Ido. 3933 relating to gradin:; and
;+1HEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, said
ordinance purportedly amended Section 17.06.140 of the Anaheim
Hunicipal Code when, in fact, said number should have read
17.06.160; and
WHERR4,3AS, the City Council desires to correct said
error, nunc pro tune.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE- CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 3933 be, and the same is hereby,
amended, nunc pro tune, by deleting the Section number "17.06.140"
therefrom, wherever said number appears therein, and substituting
the Section number "17.06.160" in its place and stead.
SECTION 2.
That, in all other respects, said Ordinance No. 3933
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of January ,
