A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes,
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following descried rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the South half of the South-
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 28, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. &M., described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of said Section 28, said corner also
being the centerline intersection of Euclid Street, formerly
known as Euclid Avenue, and Orangewood Avenue, as shown on a
Map of Tract 3946, recorded in Book 140, pages 33, 34 and 35
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County; thence North
00 56' 30" West along the centerline of said Euclid Street,
said centerline also being the West line of said Section 28, a
distance of 395.94 feet to the Southerly line of the Northerly
264 feet of the South half of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of said Section 28; thence North 89 13' 20"
East along said Southerly line a distance of 30 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing North 89 13' 20" East
along said Southerly line a distance of 23 feet to the Easterly
line of the Westerly 53 feet of said South half; thence South
00° 56' 30" East along said Easterly line a distance of 326.02
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly
and having a radius of 25 feet; thence southerly and Easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 89 49' 40" an arc
distance of 39.19 feet to a point of tangency with a line 45
feet Northerly of and parallel to said centerline of Orangewood
Avenue; thence South 89 13' 50" West along the last said
parallel line a distance of 47.92 feet to the Easterly line of
the Westerly 30 feet of said Section 28, thence North 00° 56'
3d'West along last said Easterly line a distance of 350.94
feet to the true point of beginning.
Note: For the purpose of this description the centerline
of Euclid Street is assumed to be the West line, and the
centerline of Orangewood Avenue is assumed to be the South
line, of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 28, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
