RESOLUTION NO. 86R-004
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS
AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING THE
TERMS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC
TRANSPORTATION COMPANY.
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 83-251 was recorded at Book 187
Page 20 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange; and
WHEREAS, certain public streets and public improvements
were irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim on said map; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to accept said dedications; and
WHEREAS, certain public facilities extend under the
railroad right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, an agreement (indenture) has been prepared
permitting such facilities to extend under the railroad
right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does resolve:
1. To accept Sanderson Street as shown on the Parcel Map
into the public street system.

To accept the street improvements, street lighting
storm drain, domestic water system, and sanitary sewer
3. To approve the terms and conditions of the indenture with
Southern Pacific Transportation Company and to authorize and
direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said indenture on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of January, 1986.
