RESOLUTION NO. 86R- 011
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85R-267 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated December 27, 1985 that the classification of Assistant Data
Processing Director be deleted; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
85R-267 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as
Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
deletion of this classification is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective January 10, 1986, the following classification shall
be deleted from Resolution No. 85R- 267:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 85R-267 shall remain in full force and effect.
