A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE
crTY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYll-iG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ALFRED J. VINCENZ and VERDA V.
VINCENZ. husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utilit~ purposes
and more particularly described as 1'0 lows:

The Westerly 45.00 feet of the Southerly 165.41

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Mlnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) .
