A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COlnr~YING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY POR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

the hereinafter described real property

sell and convey the same to me City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim t ha t t he offer of ROBER T P. RALLS and ANNYCE P.
RALLS, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California.

The Northerly 45.00 feet of the West ~ of the NEi of

Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian, and
also being the West t of Lot 11 of Helen and LynCh's
Subdivision of the West t of Section 16, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, as shown on a map recorded in
Book ~2, Page 158 of deeds in the office of the
County Recorder of Los AngelE's County, California.
EXCEPT therefrom the Easter ly 170.00 feet. Also,
excepting therefrom the Westerly 80.00 feet.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Alnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
