A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIN ACCEPTING A '}RANT DEED
CO~!EYING TO THE CITY OF ANAF~IM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property
wit: An easement for road and public

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tEe City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT M. HAUCK and SHIRLEYAN
HAUCK, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utilitr purposes
and more particularly described as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described
as follows:
The northerly 45.00 feet of the west 80.00 feet of
the west half of the N.E. i of the SW{ of the Nwi
of Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base & Meridian, and also being the
west half of Lot 11 of Helen and Lynch's Subdivision
of the west half of Section 16, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, as shOwn on a map recorded in Book
442, page 158 of deeds in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Mlnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
