RESOLUTION NO. 5605
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO 'rHE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

municipal purposes, to

City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to !Ee City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benef'i t and best interest of' the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of' CLYDE PEARMAN and MAXINE PEARMAN,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif'ornia,
tote used for road and public utilit~ purooses
and more particularly described as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as
follows:
PAHCEL 1. The Nortl::erly 53.00 feet of lots 4 and 5
of the Orange Grove Acres as sho'\tffi on a map filed in
Book 6 page 42 of miscellaneous map records of Orange
County, California.
~ARCEL 2. An easement for public utility purposes only.
The Easterly 8.00 feet of lot 4 and the Westerly 8.00
feet of lot 5 of the above mentioned lot 4 and 5 of
Orange Grove Acres. As shown on a map filed in Book 6
page 42 of miscellaneous maps records of Orange County,

City of' Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General hlnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) ,
