A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same 17 City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CAMILLE NORMAN ALLEC and
JENNIE L. ALLEC, husband and wife, and MARY LOU ALLEC
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following escri a rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 40.00 feet of that portion
of Lot Two (2) of Tract No. 71, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 10, page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County California described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said
Lot Two (2), said point being located N. 89° 59' 00"
East 175.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said
Lot Two (2); thence South 0° 01' 00" East 90.00 feet;
thence North 89° 59' 00" East 40.00 feet; thence
North 0° 01' 00" West 90.00 feet to the intersection
with the north line of said Lot Two (2); thence
South 89° 59' 00" West 40.00 feet to point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of May 19 66
