WHEREAS, t,hc City of Anahem~ (the "City") has been designated by the Governor of the Stat~
of Cali.f;.~rai.~ as a Service Deliver>., Area (an "SDA:') under the Job Training Parmersb. ip Act (the
"JTPA");
WHEREAS, the City is entitled to receive certain funds under the JTPA; and
WHii:RE AS, the State of California requires the approval of a Subgram Agreement in order for
the City to be eligible to receive these fi~nds.
NO%V, THEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIl, OF THE CITY OF A.NAtlEIM DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Approval of Master Subgrant Agreement. That certain JTPA Subgram
A~ee:ueLt No. G965321 (the "JTPA Master Svbgrant Agreement") which (i) is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" and incorp. orated herein by reference and (ii) allocates timds in the amount of
Nine Hundred Tl;irty-Seven q"housaild Seven Hundred Ten Dollars ($937,710.00) to ~he Cit,.~ of
AnaPeirn. is hereby approvcd.
Section 2. Ci~.y Manager Authorization. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
;be Master Subgraqt Agree~nent, rnodi~cations thereto and related documents on behalf of the
City.
