ber, 1959, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt
Resolution No. 5622 finding and determining that public conven-
ience and necessity did require the construction and completion
of a public improvement, to '-1i t: Job 11"0. L:54--13; and
vlliER.LAS, the Oi ty Council did thereupon fix the 3rd
day of December, 1959, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. as the
date and hour for opening of bids and did thereupon authorize
and direct the City Clerk to publisL a notice according to law,
inviting sealed proposals for the furnishing of all plant, labor,
services, materials and equipment, end all utilities and trans-
portation, includin,; ,)ol-rer, 1"1)el and water, and performing all
work neces3ary to construct and complete said public improvement;
and
~'iH:':;RL'.AS, upon said 3rd day of December, 1959, at the
hour of' 2:00 o'clock 2.1<., the City Clerk and the City Engineer
did open all bids received up to that hour, in public, in the
:a ty Eall, in the City of .!;.naheim, Gnd the Oi ty Engineer did
tabulate all bids so received and did reDort the result thereof
to the City Council at its next r0~ular ~eeting held on the 8th
da; of December, 1959; and

economically by day labor and the materials and supplies furnished

should be rejected.
