RESOLUTION NO 66R -319
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
WHEREAS, the ownerS of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ERICH C. WIWGF,R and
ALMA WINGER husband and wife
to sell to the ity o naheim the following described rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the West half of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 7, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described as follows;
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Lincoln Avenue
and Magnolia Avenue, as shown on a Map of Tract 2303, recor-
ded in Book 89, pages 35, 36 and 37 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County; thence North 0 13' 47" West
along the centerline of said Magnolia Avenue a distance of
190.76 feet; thence North 89 46' 13" East a distance of 53
feet; thence South 0 13' 47" East parallel with the said
centerline of said Magnolia Avenue a distance of 125.64 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and
having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 90 05' 30" an
arc distance of 39.31 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 40 feet Northerly of the said centerline
of said Lincoln Avenue; thence South 0 19' 17" East a
distance of 40 feet to an intersection with the said center-
line of said Lincoln Avenue; thence South 89 40' 43" West
along the said centerline of said Lincoln Avenue a distance
of 78.10 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of May 19 66
