RESOLUTION NO. 5595

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5389 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-58-59-l06.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on the 28th day of July, 1959, adopt Re-
solution No. 5389 in reclassification proceedings No. F-58-59-l06,
authorizing a change of zone of certain real property described
in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No.2 of Resolution No. 5389 reads
as follows:
"2. That a tentative subdivision map of Tract
No. 3017, in which subject property is
included, be filed with the City of Anaheim."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through error
or inadvertence Condition No.2 of said resolution provides for
the filing of a "tentative" tract map rather than the record-
ing of a final map of Tract No. 3017, as was intended by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
additional time should be granted to the applicant to enable
him to record the final map of Tract No. 3017 and comply with
certain other conditions mentioned in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an ordinance
has never been adopted directing said change of zone and com-
pleting said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5389, in reclassifi-
cation proceedings No. F-58-59-l06, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
1. That Condition No.2 be amended to read:
"2. That the final map of Tract No. 3017
be recorded."
2. That the time within which to comply with the
recording of said final map, and with all of
the other conditions mentioned in Resolution
No. 5389, with the exception of Conditions
No. 4(a), 5 and 7, be extended for a period
of 180 days from date hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5389 be and r~ain in full force and
effect.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and
submit to the City Council an amendment to Article IX,
Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said
Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object herein
found and determined to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 27th day of OctOber, 1959.
