RESOLUTION NO. 5594
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI~j RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE EXEarTlON
OF A CONTRACT BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM WITH
PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
at its regular meeting held on August 25,1959, authorize the
use of La Palma Stadium by the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph
Company for the evening of October 20, 1959; and
WHEREAS, the Administrative Assistant, Mr. Robert
Davis, did, in the absence of the Mayor and City Manager,
execute a contract for and on behalf of the City of Anaheiffi
with the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company on October 19,
1959,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby resolve that the execution of the contract
by Mr. Robert Davis, the Administrative Assistant, for and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim, with the Pacific Telephone and
Telegraph Company on October 19, 1959, is hereby ratified and
approved by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 27th day of OctOber, 1959.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
