A RESOLUT:ON OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEUl ACCEPTING A ':IRANT DEED
CONVEYlliG TO THE CITY OF ANAF.EIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
City Council of the City or Anaheim is
the hereinarter described real property

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to !Ee City, and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LAWRENCE B. KLENTZ
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposA~ ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 53.00 feet of the following described
land:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 20, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian, said point
being in the intersection of the centerline of Euclid Avenue
and the centerline of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-
of-way; thence S. 00 55' 00" W. 213.93 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence N. 890 05' 00" W. 230.00 feet to the
Northeast corner of Lot 40 of Tract No. 2722, recorded in
Book 74~ Pages 27, 28 and 29 or Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County; thence S. 00 55' 00" W. along the East line
of said Lot 40 a distance of 125.00 feet; thence S. 890 05'
00" E. 230.00 feet to the point of intersection with the
East line of Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base & Meridian, said East line being the
centerline of Euclid Avenue; thence N. 00 55' 00" E. along
said last mentioned line 125.00 feet to the true point of
beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
or said real property, out or General ~lnds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
