A RESOLUT=ON OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONYEY1NG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes~ to
utility purposes
City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property for
wit: An easement for road and Dublin
; and
WHEREAS~ the owner or said property ha s offered to
sell and convey the same to tEe City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Department of Veterans ArrA;~~
of the State of California
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for roaq. and public utility pUrp01'lAS
and more particularly described as follows:
The Westerly 23.00 feet of the Southerly 77.00 feet of
the Northerly 239.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 12 of the
Fairview Colony Tract as shown on a map filed in Book
1, Page 33, Miscellaneous Maps, being a subdivision of
the South half of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B. & M., Records of Orange County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out or General ~lnds or the City of Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00),
