A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEY nw TO T HE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
City Council of the City or Anaheim is
the hereinarter described real property

WHEREAS, the owner s of s ai d property ha ve offered to
sell and convey the same to tne City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best :interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of HOMER J. DUNN. JR.. and
BETTY B. DUNN, husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California.
to be used for road and public utilitn purposes
and more particularly described as fo lows:

over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Easterly 53.00 feet of the Southerly 100.00
feet of the Northerly 360.00 feet of the NEt of

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General nlnds of the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
