A RESOLUT:ON OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COHVEY1NG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEII-r CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tEe City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City or Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim that the offer of MAURICE DE BRANDF.RF. Ann
MADELINE DE BRANDERE. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the foliowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utilitv nurposes
and more particularly described as rollows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described
as fo !lows:
PARCEL 1. The Westerly 53.00 feet of the Southerly
75~00 feet of the North 6.00 acres of the West half
of the West half of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian.
PARCEL 2. The Westerly 53.00 feet of the North 10.00
feet of the West half of the West half of the NW 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, lying
South of the North 6 acres thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General nlnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
