A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COrnrEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City or Anaheim
to accept said orrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor the
City or Anaheim that the orrer or ROBERT R. STEARNS & NOXIE L. STEARNS,
husband & wife, and WALTER H. DUFF, a sinQle man.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County or Orange, State of Calirornia,

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 30.00 feet of that parcel
of land being a portion of the NWt of the NWt of
Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, San
Bernardino Base & Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Section
N. 890 41' 15" E. 978.00 feet from the N.W. corner of
said Section; thence S. 00 10' IS" East 1,338.43 feet
parallel with the West line of said Section to a point
on the South line of the North half of the NWt of said
Section, said point being N. 890 37' 30" E. 978.00
feet from the intersection of said South line with
the West line of said Section; thence S. 890 37' 30"
West 141.30 feet along said South line; thence N.
(}O 10' 15" West 1,338.59 feet parallel with the
West line of said Section to the North line of said
Section; thence N. 890 41' 15" East 141.30 feet to
the point of beginning.
EXCEPT therefrom the Northerly 180.00 feet.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out or General Mlnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
