A RESOLUT:ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYHW TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS. the owner or said property has orrered to
sell and convey the same to ~ City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest or the City of Anaheim
to accept said ofrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor the
City or Anaheim that the orfer or MAMIE A. BRUMAGlM. a widow.
to sell to the City or Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City or Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utilitr purposes
and more particularly described as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Northerly 45.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 12 of the
Fairview Colony Tract as shown on a map filed in
Book I, Page 33, Miscellaneous Maps, being a
subdivision of the South half of Section 21,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Base & Meridian, Records of Orange County,
California.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion of land conveyed
to the City of Anaheim, recorded by deed in Book
4577, Page 508, February 6, 1958, Records of
Orange County, California.
ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom that portion of said
Lot 4 lying Easterly of the Westerly 180.00 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Councilor the
City or Anaheim, and that the City or Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said propertyo

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
or said real property, out of General nlnds of the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($l.OO).
