RESOLUTION NO. 5557
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCiL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
O. M. HALVORSEN TO MOVE A DWELLiNG FROM
l20l SOUTH EUCLiD AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
TO 2012 ORANGE AVENUE, ANAHE1JiI, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, O. M. Halvorsen having riled a written
application ror a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
rrom l20l South Euclid Avenue, Anaheim, Calirornia, to 2012
Orange Avenue, Anaheim, Calirornia; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set ror public
hearing on the l3th day of October, 1959, at the hour or 7:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place rixed ror said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons
residing within a radius or three hundred reet rrom the prop-
erty upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house,
building or structure, at least ten days prior to the date
rixed for said hearing, as the names or such owners appeared
upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly ror
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and said Council having duly considered
said application together with all evidence and reports submitted
in connection therewith, does rind that said application should
be granted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor
the City or Anaheim that the application or said O. M. Halvorsen
ror a house moving permit to move a dwelling house rrom l20l
South Euclid Avenue, Anaheim, California, to 2012 Orange Avenue,
Anaheim, Calirornia be, and the same is hereby, granted subject
to compliance with all of the provisions of Article VIII,
Chapter 5 or the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the moving
or buildings rrom a point within the City or Anaheim onto a lot
within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this l3th day or October, 1959.
