RESOLUTION NO. 86R-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86R-037
AMENDING THE RATES, RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR
THE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRIC ENERGY
AS ADOPTED BY CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 71R-478
AND MOST RECENTLY AMENDED BY CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 85R-445, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on
January 28, 1986, adopt Resolution No. 86R-037 approving the
amending of the Rates, Rules and Regulations for the Sale and
Distribution of Electric Energy as adopted by City Council
Resolution No. 71R-478 and most recently amended by City Council
Resolution No. 85R-445; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, two
revised pages of the Table of Contents (pages ii and iii) were
omitted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that ~esolution No. 86R-037 amending the Rates,
Rules and Regulations for the Sale and Distribution of Electric
Energy as adopted by City Council Resolution No. 71R-478 and most
recently amended by City Council Resolution No. 85R-445 be, and
the same is hereby, amended nunc pro tunc, by adding revised pages
ii and iii, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated
by reference herein, to the Rates, Rules and Regulations for the
Sale and Distribution of Electric Energy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said
Resolvtion No. 86R-037 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of March
1986.
