A RESOLUT:ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COln'EYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

the hereinafter described real property

sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefi t and best interest of the City of Ana.heim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CLARENCE M. MC NEES. as his sole
and separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public uti lity purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 34.00 feet of the follow-
ing described parcel of land:
The Southerly 230.00 feet of the Southwest quarter of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base & Meridian, County of Orange, State
of Ca1!fo rn ia.
EXCEPTiNG therefrom the Southerly .50.00 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said propertyo

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General ~lnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00),
