A RESOLUT:ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COINEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property for
wit: An easement for road and public
; and
WHEREAS, the owner - of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tEe City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of H. K. Wilson. a widower
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for _ road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as fol ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as
fo llows:
A portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S. B.B. & M., Orange County, California, being a
strip of land 22 feet wide, the Easterly line of which
is to be coincident with the Westerly line of the East
12.50 acres of said Southwest quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 8, and is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East-West center line of
said Section 8, distant thereon North 890 56' 30"
West 1731.59 feet from the East line of Section 8,
as shown on map filed in book 13, page 27, Record of
Surveys Records of Orange County, California. Thence
parallel with the East line of said Southwest quarter
of the Northeast quarter, North 00 33' 5.5" West 1222.87
Feet tc a line parallel with, and 100.00 feet Southerly
at right angles from the North Line of said Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 8.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion lying within the
dedicated portion of Crescent Avenue.
Subject to all conditions, covenants, easements and
rights of way of record.

BE IT FUR'rHER RESOLVED that the Ci ty Auditor 01' the City
01' Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
