SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS. the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said ofrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor the
City of Anaheim that the orfer of BROADWAY VILLAGE OF ANAHEIM
to sell to the City or Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for sanitary sewer purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for Sanitary Sewer Purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land described as follows:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B.& M.,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
within a strip of land 10 feet wide, lying 5 feet on each
side of the following described line:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Tract No. 2082 as
shown on map recorded in book 65 pages 32 and 33 of Miscella-
neous Maps, records of Orange County, State of California;
thence along the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly
line of said tract, being also the Southerly line of Tract
No. 2396, as per map recorded in book 72, pages 19, 20, 21,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said county, South 890 58t .50"
East 132.60 feet to the true point of beginning thence
South 190 23t .53" East 21.21 feet; thence South 00 Olt 10"
west 108 feet; thence North 890 .58t 50" West 138.81 feet,
more or less, to a point on the Southerly prolongation of
the Easterly line of Lot 81 of Said Tract No. 2082.
The side lines of the above described strip of land are
to be pro longed or shortened so as to terrr;inate in the
South line of said Tract No. 2396, and to form a continuous
strip 10 feet wide.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General nlnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) .
