RESOLUTION NO. 86R-l02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85R-400,
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore adopt Resolution
No. 85R-400; and
WHEREAS~ due to inadvertence and clerical error,
Condition No. 13 of said resolution erroneously required a mInImum
300 feet distance between Ball Road and a proposed driveway on
Wrangler Trail; and
WHEREAS~ said condition should have required a 200 foot
distance between the driveway and Ball Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Condition No. 13 of
Resolution No. 85R-400 be amended, nunc pro tunc, to provide as
follows:
"13. That the most northerly driveway on Wrangler
Trail shall be located a minimum of two hundred (200)
feet south of the southerly curb line of Ball Road."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of March,
