A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD

WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have orfered to
sell and convey the same to tne City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT R. STEARNS & NOXIE L. STEARNS,
husband 8. ..-life, and WALTER H. DUFF, 2 sinqle man,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County or Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utilltv purposes
