RESOLUTION NO. 5528
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF TIlE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
ALFRED J. AND VERDA V. VINCENZ TO MOVE A
DltIELLlNG FROM 6921 STANTON OOULEVARD, BUENA
PARK, CALIFORNIA, TO 1222 SOUTH DALE, ANAHEIM,
CAL I FORN IA.
WHEREAS, Alfred J. Vincenz and Verda V. Vincenz
having filed a written application for a house moving permit
to move a dwelling house from 6921 Stanton Boulevard, Buena
Park, California, to 1222 South Dale Avenue, Anaheim,
California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 22nd day of September, 1959, at the hour of
7:00 o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for
said public hearing having been given by mail to all persons
residing within a radius of three hundred feet from the pro-
perty upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house,
building or structure, at least ten days prior to the date
fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared
upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard and action thereon having been deferred
to this date to allow consideration of said application in
conjunction with application No. 1150 for a zoning variance;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council having duly considered
said application for a house moving permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should be granted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said Alfred J.
Vincenz and Verda V. Vincenz for a house .oving 'p,rmit to move
a dwelling house from 6921 Stanton Boulevard, Buena Park,
California, to 1222 South Dale Avenue, Anaheim, California,
be, and the same is hereby, granted subject to compliance
with all of the provisions of Article VIII, Chapter 5 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the moving of buildings
from a point outside the City of Anaheim to a point within
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 29th day of September, 1959.
