WHEREAS, Ralph E. Herrera h.ying tiled a written
application for a house aOYing per.ait to aove a dwelling house
fr... 2~1' Montair, Long I.ach, California, to 2017 E.bassy
Street, Anahei., California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing en the 22ftd d'f of Septcaber, 1959, at the hour of
7:GO o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed
for said public hearing having been given by mail to all
persons residing within a radius of three hundred feet from
the property upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling
house, building or structure, at least ten days prior to the
date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners
appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
1:learing upon said date and said hear.ag having been duly
held and conducted and all persons interested therein given
an opportunity to be heard, and said Council having duly
considered said application, together with all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find
that said appl ication should be denied;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said Ralph E.
Herrera for a house moving permit to move a chrelling house
troa 2410 Montair, Long Beach, California, to 2017 Embassy
Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed," by
me this 29th day of September, 1959.
