A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE
CrTY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONYEYn..G TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the owner - of' s ai d property ha s of'f'ered to
sell and convey the same to tne City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of' Anaheim f'inds
that it is for the benef'it and best interest of' the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of' the
City of' Anaheim that the off'er of' CAIIYF R. SPARXFS RIlTM, as
her separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of' Anaheim, County of' Orange, State of Calif'ornia,

of said real property, out of General nlnds of the City of Anaheim,
