A RESOLUT:ON OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A 'JRANT DEED
CONVEYHm TO THE CITY OF ANA}<;EIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

the hereinafter described real property
wit: An easement for road and public

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to tne City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ALBERT HEMLER and HILDE HFMIF.H,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as fo11ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the following descrIbed
rroperty:
PARCEL #1: The Southerly 45 feet of the Easterly
72.0l feet of the Westerly 177 feet of the South 10
acres of the swi of the NW4 of Section 21, Township
4 South, Range lO West, S.B.B.&M.
PARCEL #2: The Westerly 53 feet of the Northerly
JS.S6 feet of the Southerly 130.56 feet of the
South 10 acres of the SW~ 0f the NW{ of Section 21,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.8.&M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General ~)nds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
