A RESOLUT:ON OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEY Hm TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

the hereinafter described real property

WHEREAS, the owner s of s ai d property ha..J!jL offered to
sell and convey the same to tne City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of JOHN S. WRIGHT and
EVA F. WRIGHT. husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utilit{ purposes
and more particularly described as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Westerly 2].00 feet of Lot 5 In Block 12 of the
Fairview Colony Tract as shown on a map filed in
Book 1, Page 33, Miscel12neaus Maps, being a sub-

Orange County, California.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General ~lnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of' One Dollar ($1. 00) .
