A RESOLUT:::ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COI~rEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EAS~IENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous or purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
City Councilor the City of Anaheim is
the hereinarter described real property for
wi t: An easement for road and pub I i r

WHEREAS, the owner - of s ai d property has offered to
sell and convey the same to ~ City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim finds
that it is ror the benerit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calirornia,
to be used ror road and public utilit\ DurDoses

undel and across the following described parcels of
land:
Pal'cel tip.": Th,~ Easterly 30.00 feet of that parcel of
land described as follows: The NE! of the NEt of the

EXCEPTING therefrom that portion described in Parcell
In the deed to the State of California, dated May 5,
1956, and recorded August 21, 1956, in Book 3618,
Page 371, Records of Orange County, California.
Parcel "B": A triangular parcel of land described as
follows: Beginning at a point 22.00 feet North of the
South line of the NE4 of the NE~ of the swi of Section
J, Township 4 South, Range 10 \/est, S.B.B.&M., and
30.00 feet Westerly of the East line of the swi of
said Section ), the last mentioned East line beIng
the centerline of Patt Street; thence Northerly
parallel with the centerline of Patt Street, a dis-

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General ~lnds of the City of Anaheim,
