RESOLUTION NO. 5509
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY rouNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AllAHEIM .AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5401 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-58-59-ll2.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore, to wit, on the 4th day of August, 1959,
adopt Resolution No. 5401 in reclassification proceedings
No. F-58-59-ll2, upon application from the Church of Christ,
Children's Home, for a change of %one of certain real property
described in said application; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 3(b) of said resolution
reads as follows:
"3(b) that a bond in an amount and fonn satis-
factory to the City of Anaheim be posted
with the City to guarantee the installa-
tion of said engineering requirements."
AND WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that
this condition be deleted from Resolution No. 5401, and the
City Council does find that said condition should be omitted
as requested; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change
of zone and completing said proceedings;
N<M, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cow.ncil
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5401 in reclassi-
fication proceediRQs No. F-58-59-ll2 be, and the same is
hereby, amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 3(b)
reading as follows:
"3(b) that a bond in an amount and form satis-
factory to the City of Anaheim be posted
with the City to guarantee the installa-
tion of said engineering reqUirements."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5401 be and remain in full force and
effect.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney
he, and he is herebY, autbori%ed and directed to prepare
and submit to the City Council an amendment to Article
IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheia Municipal Code to amend said
Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object herein
found and detennined to be necessary and proper.
