A RESOLlllTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ':tI E CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 54?3 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-58-59-ll5.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on September 8, 1'59, adopt Resolution No. 5473 in re-
classification proceedings No. F-58-59-ll5, rescinding
ResoluUoa No. .5403 and approving the reclassification of
the property described in Resolution No. 5473 and changing
it from R-l, Single-Family Residential Zone to C-l, Neighbor-
hood-Commercial Zone, subject to the conditions specified in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the descrip-
tion of the real property submitted by the applicants at
the time of the filing of their request for a change of
zone was erroneous and did not describe the parcel of
property proposed to be reclassified, and that Resolution
No. 5413 rescinding Resolution No. 5403 and granting said
change of zone should, therefore, be rescinded and no
further proceedings had nor conducted in connection with
the reclassification of said property unless or until an
additional filing fee is paid and a correct description of
the property is furnished.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5473, adopted
September 8, 1959 in reclassification proceedings No. F-58-
59-115, be and the same is hereby rescinded; and that before
any further proceedings are had and conducted for the re-
classification of the property proposed to be changed in
said resolution, an additional filing fee shall he paid
to the City of Anaheim and a correct description of the
property shall be furnished to the City Planning Commission.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 15th day of September, 1959.
