A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAn
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s orfered to
sell and convey the same to Uie City; and -
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept sald offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of OSCAR FRANK SCHULTZ. a married
man, as his sole and se~arate property,
to sell to the City of Anahelm the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road an4 public utilit~ p,rposes
and more particularly described as fo lows:

An easement for road and publi~ utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 12 feet of that parcel
of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of East La Palma
Avenue, which point being 30 feet Northerly of the
center line of said East La Palma Avenue and 406.87
feet Easterly measured along said North line from the
center line of North Olive Street; thence Easterly
along said North line of East La Palma Avenue, a
distance of 190.00 feet; thence Northerly along a
line parallel with the said center line of North
Olive Street, a distance of 240.00 feet; thence
Westerly along a line parallel with the said North
line of East La Palma Avenue, a distance of 190.00
feet; thence Southerly 240.00 feet to the point of
beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
or said real property, out or General ~lnds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
