A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

to accept said otfer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,

over, under and across the Southerly 11 feet of
Lot 4 of the Gresswell Subdivision, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 6, Page 47 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
