RESOLUTION NO. 5499
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to

City Couneil of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tne City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as
follows:
The Westerly 23.00 feet of the Northerly 162.00 feet
of Lot 4, Block 12 of the Fairview Colony Tract as
shown on a map filed in Book I, Page 33, Miscellaneous
Maps, being a subdivision of the South half of Section 21,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., Records of
Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion of land conveyed to
the Cit~ of Anaheim, recorded by deed in Book 4577,
Page 508, February 6, 1958, Records of Orange County,

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General nlnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
