A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve orfered to
sell and convey the same to tne City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest or the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor the

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land des-
cribed as follows:
The Westerly 23.00 feet of the Southerly 77.00
feet of the Northerly 316.00 feet of Lot 4,
Block 12 of the Fairview Colony Tract, as shown
on e map filed in Book 1, Page 33, Miscellaneous
Maps, being a subdivision of the South half of
Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B.& M., Records of Orange County, California,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said propertyo

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General ~lnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
