RESOLUTION NO. 5496

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous or purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
City Councilor the City of Anaheim is
the hereinarter described real property
wit: An easement ror road and public
for
; and
WHEREAS, the owner s of s ai d property have offered to
sell and convey the same to ~ City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer or W. A. Behnke and Millie M.
Behnkel husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road a~d public utilit1 purposes ,
and more particularly .escrlbed as fol ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Westerly 60.00 feet of the Northerly 200.00
feet of the Northerly 500.00 feet of the South
half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said propertyo

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he Is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General ~lnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
