A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to

the hereinafter described real property

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered to
sell and convey the same to ~ City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
to be used for road and public utilit~ purposes
and more particularly described as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 7.25 feet of the follow-
ing described land:
That portion of Vineyard Lot B-1, in the City of Anaheim,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Pages 629 and 630 of
Deeds, in the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Vineyard
Lot "B-1"; thence Northerly 404.05 feet along the Westerly
line of said Vineyard Lot "B-1" to the Southerly line of
the Northerly 10 acres of said Vineyard Lot "B_1"; thence
Easterly 100.00 feet parallel with the Northerly line of
said Vineyard Lot "B-1"; thence Southerly 404.12 feet
parallel with said Westerly line to the Southerly line
of said Vineyard Lot "B_1"; thence Westerly 100.00
feet along the Southerly line to the point of beginning.

of said real property, out of General ~lnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
