RESOLUTION NO. 5493
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OQUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5399 GRANT-
ING SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 42 TO MRS. ELIZABETH
LANCASTER TO ESTABLISH A TRAILER PARK.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on August 4, 1959, adopt Resolution No.
5399 granting Special Use Permit No. 42 to Mrs. Elizabeth
Lancaster, 1338 Atlantic Boulevard, Long Beach, California,
to establish a deluxe 65-space trailer park, with recreation
building, swimming pool, play area and utility buildings on
the property described in said resolution, subject to certain
conditions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through inad-
vertence the property upon which said Special Use Permit was
granted was incorrectly described in Resolution No. 5399, and
that said resolution should, therefore, be amended and the
description of the property corrected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5399, adopted
August 4, 1959, granting Special Use Permit No. 42 to Mrs.
Elizabeth Lancaster, 1338 Atlantic Boulevard, Long Beach,
California, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the description of the real property
contained in Resolution No. 5399, and upon
which Special Use Per~it No. 42 was granted to
Mrs. Elizabeth Lancaster, 1338 Atlantic Boulevard,
Long Beach, California, to establish a deluxe
65-space trailer park, with recreation building,
swimming pool, play area and utility buildings
be, and the same is hereby changed to read as
follows:
All that real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
described as: That portion of the Nt of the SEt
of the NE~ of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian, described

northwesterly and having a radius of 1760 feet;
thence northerly and easterly along said curve
through a central angle of 60 19' 33" an arc
distance of 187.92 feet; thence N. 570 49' 45"
east a distance of 239.62 feet to a point in a

northerly along the east line of said Section 14
to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom any portion included in
the State Highway commonly known as Stanton
Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5399 be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 15th day of September, 1959.
