4004ORDINANCE NO. 4004
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3974, NUNC PRO TUNC RELATING
TO DEPARTMENTAL ORGANIZATION.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3974 was adopted by the City
Council on February 13, 1979; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, under
Section 4, reference to adding Section 13.04.070 to said ordinance
was improperly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct said Section
4, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

"SECTION 4.
That new Sections 13.04.030, 13.04.040 and
13.04.050 of Title 13, Chapter 13.04 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code be, and they are hereby, added to
read as follows:"
SFCTTON 2_
In all other conditions and respects, Ordinance No. 3974
shall remain in full force and effect.
SFCTTCIN I _
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published C,.nd circulated
in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is a pr ed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anahei�► tis 15 h day of May, 1979.
