A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEY1NG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to

City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property for
wit: An easement for road and Dubtic
; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to ~ City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Carrie P. McClure. an unmarried
woman, as her sole and se arate 0
to se to the City of na eim the ollowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and publiC utilit~ purposes ,
and more particularly described as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as
follows:
The Westerly 53.00 feet and the Southerly 45.00 feet
of the West half of the swi of the NWi of the NWi of
Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, being
further described as the West half of Lot 5 of the
Helen & Lynch's Addition, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 442, Page 158 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
EXCEPTING therefrom the Northerly 30.00 feet; also
excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the
City of Anaheim by deed #8307, recorded in Book 4554,
Page 153, on January 19, 1959, Records of Orange
County, California,

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00),
