~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUlTCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM .APPROVING AND DIRECTING THE PAYMElITT
OF DE~lANDS AGAINST THE CITY AS OF
September 8. 1959
WHERZAS, the City Auditor has submitted to the City Council
for its examination, consideration and approval, demands against the
City as of Seotember 8, 1959 --Warrants No. 3386 to
3570 , both inclusive, total~ 428.729.20 i
and
WHER~.S, the City Council finds that all of said demands
arc proper and should be paid, except
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bJ the Oi t;.. Council that
all of said demands, except
be,and the same are hereby, approved and the City Auditor be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to issue warrants therefor.
"tND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be, and
h0 is hereby, authorized and directod to pe.y said warrants upon presen-
tation to him by the persons entitled to receive payment thereon, or their
duly authorized representatives.
